| Wow, one of the workers from ATS called me today and advised they received a personal apology from Mr Addams over the ATS affair, I was union delegate and represented over 100 worker at ATS , this and made sure the workers were in the loop, not forgotten and at least got some of what they were entitled to back when the company's fell. See, for some reason or another, (must have slipped the administrators , the company's owners and even the AWU (Australian Workers Unions officials ) that over 100 of their AWU members existed, this is where I came in where the folding up of the companys was concerned. I rounded them all up, acquired names and insisted all the current and former workers were owed money, and demanded they were taken into consideration when the money was being redistributed. They all got between $600 and $6000 each when the company's wound up, and had I not realised what was happening in time, this and insisted these workers be taken into consideration ...then this would have been money in the unscrupulous company directors back pockets, not the workers. Anyway, one of them called me today to advise that one of the company's directors had regressed to a snivelling nobody, and had begged for his forgiveness. .... I wonder if he'd be interested in coming over to my house for a coffee and a chat? *snort* hmmm, just quietly, I don't think so some how. He'd probably have a stroke at the mere sight of me, given I was the reason why his company's fell afterall. Before you all start feeling sorry for this prick, let me tell you, this was the man who drove around in a merc while his over worked and under/non paid employees developed blood blisters and clots in their legs ( a couple dropped dead on the job) from having stood in the same place for too long in the scorching heat, (for 19 hours on end in some cases) the same bloke who paid the AWU off to keep quite about the abuse of his employees. http://www.grantthornton.com.au/files/R%20-%20Creditors%2026August%202004.pdf It appears old Rumphy has been demoted to a skirt...in a dumpy town.... what goes around comes around. | |

| Correction, he brought the company's fall on himself, I just made sure they fell properly, that's all, and that "ALL" creditors were taken into consideration so he couldn't pack up and move on to do the same thing again and again and again. He now drives a 10 year old Falcon,...went from Merc to Falcon in 6 years!... In fact, he had a few collector cars also. Brilliant! This pleased me, really it did. | |

If he's now a snivelling nobody, you two should get on quite well. |

I'm a tad sadistic at times, I really would like to go for a drive out to his lay-work place and watch him driving around on a forklift today...hahaha This has made my day! Talk about a lasting effect... Just as it should be! | |

| Last time I saw old Rumphy (AWU official) was hen he called me a mole in the elevator as we were leaving (after having won) at Grant Thorntons, (the administrators)....in Sydney. Jeeeze he was pissed with me, and to think, he being the AWU official should have been for the workers? I did his job for him, only much better, as was demonstrated much to his and his superors horror. I should apply for a job with the AWU, now that he's been demoted to a skirt answering telephone calls out in the sticks. hahahaha The chrome dome did his best though, minus the colourful use of language. Definitely not a solar panel for a sex machine, that's for sure. | |

| Artarmon will have to wait until tomorrow, (given I wouldn't be back in time for the kids)... Lets hope he's driving around in circles on his little forklift when I get there earlier tomorrow. | |

| I have all the documents, which clearly demonstrates how the AWU had absolutely no regard for ATS's workers, leaving it up to their delegates, (myself) to defend the workers because they were too busy receiving kick-backs from the directors themselves so were operating in accordance with what was in 'their' best interests, not the workers. And so, you though unions were for the worker? Well, not in this case, as was demonstrated when I brought the four companies to their knees, whereby the DOCA was abandoned. Ultimately it came down to a DOCA being in Grant Thorntons, the AWU, and company directors best interest to screw over the workers, as they stood to gain more from the leftovers with the workers entitlements (their fair share) being allocated to them. Was a team effort, we all worked hard, and in such little time too, because we only learned of Steve Adams higher than expected ATO debt, this and his intentions to start companies interstate practically days before we were expected to vote. Intentional i;d say, given they did their darnedest to keep union members from the creditors meetings...in the dark, so Scott Rumph (organiser from the AWU) could vote on their behalf. So I ask you again, is a Labor government truly for the Australian working class, when even their branch secretary Bill Shorton condoned what his AWU officials were trying to do to ATS's workers, creditors? This is the man who endorsed Julia Gillard. Why? Because she will do as she is told, is a "loyalist" and he knows this. She will retire on a PM pension, what did she stand to lose? Even if she loses the next election, she's all set. ....Do not vote for this party, they are cannibals. | |
