Lol, actually, I have no idea what it's going to be like.... never made it before, but it sounds good...I had some parsnips in the fridge I needed to use up, so googled parsnip soup recipe, and there was dinner.

Problem solved.

I've added carrot and cauliflower to mine, as I needed to use up some of these vegetables also.

Warming, spicy, kid friendly, (not too spicy)... anyway I shall come back in a while, once we've had dinner.


Am serving this with crusty bread of course.
