It's been black-listed and is continuously being observed...this and it's sites CEO is restricted as to what it can do...in terms of changing the sites domain.
:)OK..it might be open, but it's only being used by the ACMA to track IP's, observe stats...and it's referral sites.
The ACMA and various authorities have the capacity to track these sites, better than the average Joe blogs.
I am glad I reported this site to them....or else they may never have been observed, the way they are now.
Best of all....several of it's "referral sites" pertaining to some of it's members sites have been tagged also...hahaah...
Ever been to a site, and observed say 1034 active users on board, 24/7, yet noone appears to be logged in, and or hasn't posted there for weeks?
This is because they are doing other things behind the scenes.
They go to places like Yahoo and various other social networking sites to troll for custom, and other would be sickos who might be interested.
Topix forum is another, as was Yahoo, cracker...basically wherever a high volume of people people view and or post. No social networking site is immune, facebook is another...but it's important to report suspicious activity to the ACMA and various other (even international agencies) if you are truly hell bent on nabbing these sickos when you see them behaving dubiously.
OK, if you are wrong you are wrong.... you don't have to give a statement, just send them a link to something suspicious, this and a screen save with the address bars address in it if possible.
As with MCL..I was right on the mark.... after I forwarded off my concerns, they were placed on an ACMA blacklist.
I look at it this way...if you were out in the street and you saw some pervert hitting on a kid, this or trying to flog illegal porn, and engage vulnerable others in their lewd activities....would you turn a blind eye?
I don't have a problem with legal porn, I have an open mind, and am by no means a prude, but I draw the line at this sort of thing, this and report it whenever I see something suspicious.
The fact that MCL was placed on the ACMA black-list, this and the freak in question spends most of it's time annoying me these days, should tell you that it knows it's being watched, this and has to watch it's P's and Q's....
