How to starve a Y!7 troll

How do you starve a troll?

Well, you take away their audience. Smile

Trolls need attention, wont post unless they can be certain they have one.


So by all accounts, whilst I'm happy to post here quietly alone, without having received a single reply, (I genuinely like writing and am capable of entertaining myself) can the same be said for the chronic attention seekers who feed off others responses, those who cannot for the life of them keep themselves entertained or a forum active without some sort of stimulus?

When talking among themselves, they are quite dull...can barely string a sentence together.(unless they have stolen it from some other site of course)

ie...

-How are you
-I love you, feel the light ...namest...(or what ever the hell it is)
-not bad how are you, it's VB time
-I'm listening to deep purple really loudly my neighbours can hear it too.
-I got some new boots
-I love you Ann
-You are just like melli, when you keep calling me a peddo
-I caught 4000 fish today
-the police wont come I asked for help
-bla bla bla.....

It's just a spool of disjointed dribble , like perving on someone's private IM through the window of a sheltered workshop.



Yet when someone they enjoy attacking (ie me) is about....hooley dooley their veins plump up like junky in an all night chemist.

See, this is the difference between them and I...I come to my board for a little R&R, (self-time) whereas I'm guessing roo and co meet up online so they may execute virtual vendettas on virtual strangers and socialise abnormally among their abnormal selves, because normal society probably hasn't seen them leave their padded cells for at least a decade ...so this is as close as it gets to feeling like one of the gang?
