Well, this question was answered for me when about a year ago, a roo_gal from yahoo!7 called a relative of mine on Easter Monday (to complain about me complaining about them on a message board) this and actually referred to themselves as being their online handle.

My mums head nearly flew off....

She did once tell me she had "special friends" alluded on more than one occasion that she was friends with Yahoos mod...though didn't specify who.

I believe this, given she does afterall get away with threatening people on there....so I had no reason to disbelieve this was the case. Though admittedly, it did kind of lead me to wonder what sorts of people the mods were, cavorting with head-cases like her...so I lost a fair bit of respect for yahoos mods in general when she advised they were her mates.

So in other words, do as she says, because she was in with the mods, this was the overall impression I got when I first got "THE CALL" from roo, yahoos hench-woman.

She would call me and tell me off for sticking up for Mary, and various others she insisted I didn't know how bad they were, and that I should trust her when she says, don't support, or agree with these people.

I found this weird, and felt like she wanted me to go against my own beliefs, so as to support her views, even though I didn't agree with them.

Like I said, it's not what you say on yahoo, it's who says it that determines whether it's right or wrong.... and I had a problem with this, still do, and irrespective of who anyone is, if I don't agree with something (even if they are someone I would normally agree with) I will challenge them on it.

Roo did not like this, and continued calling me and insisting I don't stick up for certain people, and being the sort of head-strong person I am, didn't take too kindly to her dictatorship.


I mean think about it, some nut calls you up in the middle of the night from a message board and tells you who to flame, disagree with ...this and gets disheveled with your defending someone you actually agree with, would you tolerate this?

Tolerate being told what and what not to post, and who to agree with?

This wasn't going to happen, so began the battle of the roo.

After this I began noticing how she would defend those who set about normalising, defending peddos , and whilst she never openly defended them herself, she supported those who did, and related to them in a friendly manner on various topics, though would attack those who opposed them. I mean, each to their own, but to call people up in the middle of the night...(this was before any of the crap went down, was when I first arrived on yahoo) and tell them who they can and cannot relate with online is a tad controlling don't you think?



In the beginning, I had no idea what she was, just assumed she was a lonely old woman, I mean, who would think a 60 year old would be capable of, much less have a desire to troll forums?

I even sent her pics of my kids in the early days, didn't think anything of it.
It wasn't until later on I realised something was not quite right with respects to those she aligned with online, and who;'s boards she would frequent, then deny having done so publicly, though email me and tell me she had been there...wierd!

She denied being a member over on mycoffeelounge to all and sundry on yahoo, even went so far as to suggest I had created a handle with her yahoo ID.

She even denied knowing the site existed, then I recalled one of her emails, of which referred to her thoughts on those who were there, whereby she freely admitted to having posted there.

Borns used to carry on about how much she hated roo this and even sent her a virus,(I have proof of this in an email) and roo would stress she hated borns on the phone, this and even asked me if I knew who borns was.....then the penny dropped.

Both of them are probably mates, just didn't want me to know this for a variety of reasons...one being that I might make the yahoo-mycoffeelounge.net connection, which I have.

This and figure out that borns is more than likely one of Yahoos mods.

Have I disclosed all?

No, there are others (which might shock a few of you) who I suspect are involved in her circle , of which I shall keep to myself, for now.


I have my reasons for doing so.....
