If you guys want to privately view these boards without others knowing you are on deck, just go to (profile), then select the preferences tab, and check the option that asks if you want to view the boards privately.

Sometimes it's best when certain people don't know you are on deck.

And you truly believe this?

Idiot!

Not all of us have to fudge boards statistics, this or resurrect old expired posts which are hours old in order to make a forum feel lived in.

I am sorry.

I'm talking to myself again.

There are honestly only 3 real people who post here - me, Greeny and Brock.

That's the honest truth.

I like to hide my online status.

That way, people can't see that I'm switching ID's all the time.

They will think I have dozens of people posting here. Even though the real number is only 3. Crying or Very sad

I'm really clever, aren't I? Cool

I only hide my online status so that you don't behave like a twit when I arrive.

You are like an excitable Chihuahua with morning wood Brock.

Only way to fix staryswipes is with Vipers plagiarism scanner.

There are plenty of others, however I'm testing this one at present as it's free, and appears quite popular.

Mystery as 'drunk' parrots litter Australian town

"They sit on the floor of the cage and rest their heads on the side, or they curl up in the corner and hide under the paper and block the rest of the world out."

I still don't know why they don't just create their own forum?

No, because they are now embarrassed, embarrassed because Yahoo have wounded their pride when blacklisting them, this and pulled their stalking lounge.

I still cant get over how personally some of them took it....

I was watching this sitcom the other day, (was on channel GO I think)...whereby a university professor and some students did a study on 20 odd fellow egotistic staff and students whereby they invited certain ones they knew would crash and burn ego wise.
Naturally, being invited to participate in such a study stroked their egos however, what they actually did was left them all in a room waiting for hours and hours on purpose, just to see how each and every one of them would react to being intellectually insulted, left in a room with the same passive-assistant coming in once in a while telling them it was going to be yet another 5 more minutes before the study would commence. Watching them get hostile was the study, unbeknown to the test subjects.

They assumed they had been chosen to participate due to their high IQ's & extraordinary talents.

Smile Just the way a few Yahoo trolls think they are allowed to remain on Yahoo because they are special too.

Well after several chucked child-like tantrums this and left the room due to feeling insulted, wounded, (they were supposed to be special afterall) ... 22 hours later, there was just one dunder-head still sitting there, still passively waiting, hoping he would be that last worthy someone they might wish to study still.

Lol, eventually, they just told him to leave he probably would have starved to death waiting if they hadn't Smile

I forget what they called this study, but it kinda relates to how these idiots are having tantrums over on yahoo, this and are even abusing the mods, demanding answers, this and cant for the life of them get why they are being ignored...demoted, banned etc.

:)Talk about an unrealistic sense of self importance.....lol

Nice one Yahoo.... Luv iT!!!

that sums up the whole moronic fiasco going on there
childish tantrum and demands like their lifeline has been pulled

in years to come it will sink in, "what were we thinking"
well derr, not much lol

Message boards can be fun and safe places to discuss things with virtual strangers, though I think it's this element of mystery, and anonymity which keeps the good boards going, this and from going stale. Once everyone knows who everyone is, this and or THINKS they do....whereby they go so far as to second guess each and every would be new punter, this and accuse them of being someone from a past forum life...it's gets rather dull.

When everyone knows who one another are, this and know every aspect of each others lives....topics like.... What did you have for breakfast, when did you last fart.....bla bla bla...

*YAWNZ* Ideal for stalkers/nut cases though, as they would get off on this sort of empowering stuff, scammers too I suspect...ie those who hoard peoples personal information for later use.

Towards the end it was a mess hall of inebriated rantings, worthwhile discussion about life in general, opinions and views had long ceased being discussed in a worthwhile manner the way they would be when Alinta and Mary would dive into discussion....

Once Alinta stopped posting, that was it for me!

Smile.... Greens , Meds both worthwhile punters also got bored with the rantings of bogans like madcow, roo, kez, jenz.. brock, .... But is there someone out there that could help Madcow, he's a real worry!!

Unless he was part of the study, and was just pretending to be crazy!

*fingers crossed*

The thing is, these places attract all walks of life, good and bad, bright and not so bright, sane and quite insane...because you can be who ever you like online, this is what appeals to so many I think. Me, well I always was just my boring self....Mel Cook ..I think perhaps those who were really down on themselves, (their real persona's under their yahoo disguises) probably didn't like the fact that I was brave and happy enough to post as just myself in my own skin.

In my opinion, people with obvious mental health issues prone to malicious activities, (intruding on peoples lives personally) really should be dealt with ...not be allowed to get away with harassing anyone, as this sets the standard, tells others that this sort of thing is acceptable.

I don't hold any bad feelings or animosity towards Yahoos boards, or even some of it's troubled/pranking posters/mods we all had fun had a hoot when it was in it's prime.....this and scooting along, it's just it got too clicky, personal....and this is Ok, if it's a private forum?MSN ...but some people take you being their online friend very seriously, like the way borns did when she/he and I were chatting via email.

I saw her/it as just a cyber acquaintance, she started divulging how we were so much alike, shared the same birthday, same animal, she began intruding on my private life, wanting to know about my kids, my family....I just thought it was lonely, ....but then she got too intrusive and wierd.

Like as in "One hour photo" or "Misery", number one fan kinda wierd.

And roos another one, doesn't like being told NO, same with brock!

Antisocial people harassing others they don't even know on and off line because they feel rejected by complete strangers.

It might be amusing at first, but some people like this take things very very seriously, as has been demonstrated.

Rolling Eyes This and don't know when enoughs enough... or when it's time to re-acquaint themselves with living world again.

Smile I now realise why they had it in for my pics, .... places we'd go and so forth.

It all makes sense now...

I enjoyed chatting with quite a few on there, but when the bad outweighed the good, this is when I wasn't prepared to log on to by chance capture some fleeting moment of sanity, a normal poster there just happy to have a chat.
