Dinner Tonight

I know I have created another thread titled Dinner Tonight, though cant be bothered finding it,...(flicking back through pages of spam)...so when out shopping this morning, I grabbed a little Coles (free) magazine for some ideas.

Now I have my own Ossobuco recipe, so will be making my own ossobuco, (Coles is a more budget Australianised rendition)...but I will be serving it with their Saffron risotto, which has Parmesan cheese melted through it... and will serve it with their roasted cauliflower florets also...as they are just simple sides.

These magazines give you some great meal ideas, but their recipes are rather basic, (they have to be affordable, it's how their marketing the magazine)...but you don't need to use their actual recipes... just use their meal ideas as a starting point like I am tonight.
