Short stories under 200 words

She sits and ponders her fruitless pursuits, perspiration winding down her wiry freckled frame to her gnarled fingertips where her keyboard lay, trip trap trapping away to the sound of time ticking away, when aroused with a Viagra induced boner, a grubby little elfin like creature wearing a tattie towel and Roman sandals creeps out and asks for her hand in marriage. "Only if you guess my password" she crooned with a devilishly squinted piercing green eye. ..the other removed from it's socket rolling around in the palm of her hand.
"Yahoo" exclaimed the elf-creature, is the password Yahoo?.... and so they both trolled happily ever after under the bridge in yahoo land.

Do you have any concept as to what constitutes a short story?

Apparently not.


Use the OP as a guide, a very good example, even if I do say so myself.


The word limit is 200, though try and make it as short as possible.

It's a writing exercise one of my tutors gave us, the objective is to write the shortest possible story, "headline" (in our case) including as much crucial information as is possible.
