Why do the courts protect the names of these people?

A Sydney woman has pleaded guilty to having sex with her nine-year-old son.

The 48-year-old woman and her 56-year-old husband were charged in November 2009 with multiple offences relating to the repeated sexual assault of their son, who is now aged 10.

The offences allegedly occurred during 2009 at the family home at Peakhurst in Sydney's south. Video recordings were allegedly made, and the footage later posted online.

The mother faced Sydney's Central Local Court today, when a solicitor entered pleas of guilty to one charge of sexual intercourse with a person under 10 and two charges of committing an act of indecency.

Five other charges against the woman, including concealing a serious offence, aggravated indecency and inciting aggravated indecency, were withdrawn by prosecutors.

The woman was granted bail by Magistrate Alan Moore and is due to face the District Court for sentencing on June 4.

An order before the court prevents the woman from seeing or contacting her son until he is 18 years old.

Details of that order are likely to be discussed when an apprehended violence order is discussed in court on June 11.

For legal reasons, none of the parties involved in the matter can be identified.

The father, who is also charged with multiple offences including sexual intercourse with the boy, is due to have his case mentioned at Central Local Court on Thursday afternoon.

So, a self confessed child rapist is out on bail?

Our justice system is critically flawed, corrupt, we need nation wide minimum sentence/parole conditions.

Should not be left up to the Magistrates discretion, and I am tired of there being no jury present when these dirt bags face court.

Most serious cases are trialled without a jury, and tell me, do you approve of a self confessed child rapist who made pornographic films of herself and her husband raping their 9 year old child being granted bail?

If you cant see something wrong with this, then you are ill.

Recall how a CONVICTED pedophile and former magistrate Peter Michael Liddy was ordered to stand trial, once again accused of molesting boys on local beaches a couple of years back.

Guess which magistrate presided over his trial also?

Conflict of interest much?

There appears to be a network of paedophile sympathetic magistrates taking on these cases, and without juries which allows for judicial transparency, this and the overall integrity of their own profession, so much can be swept under the carpet.


Their names are suppressed, they have their own private trials, paedophiles have now reached minority status, are protected, when ideally, we really need to be protecting the public from animals and their colleagues like this.

Think of all those cases a convicted paedophile Peter Michael Liddy presided over re- child sex offenders.

Really, was he in a position to judge?

What does this tell a society?

It tells them that these once deemed morally righteous and respected members of society are indeed the enemy, (in some cases) this and deem themselves above the law when they convict others of the very same crimes they commit themselves.

Put simply, this is destroying/crippling our nation, child sex abuse itself costs Australian taxpayers up to and beyond $40 billion annually.

Traditionally, child sex tourism was considered part of the multi-billion-dollar global sex tourism industry, something wealthy dirty middle aged men went abroad to indulge in, ...when in fact, the industry itself is alive and well here in Australia, no thanks to critical flaws in our legal system, and how we continue turning a blind eye to what is fundamentally socially destructive across all tiers of society.

Something has to be done!

It's crippling once respected legal and religious institutions, is demoralising the very concept of faith itself.

No child should have to endure this, this or be born simply to indulge some sexually exploitive perverts fantasies.

We all pour empathy, time and money into starving children from third world countries, when we have Australian children being bred and groomed like animals in captivity by paedophiles, some not even being registered at birth just so sickos can sexually exploit them , destroying all their dreams.

I don't know any 9 year old boys who wake up one morning from happy well adjusted lives and declare, they want to star in a porn film with perverted adults, do you?

His parents should be euthanased, end of story, as should any other sicko caught destroying our future creed.

So socially destructive.

It's a social sickness, an inconspicuous cancer thats rotting away at our societies moral fiber, affecting all walks of life, in some way, whether they be victims or not.

Who do you suppose is paying for these monsters to be incarcerated, paying for their child-victims counseling?

Their rehab programs (albeit unsuccessful ), their legal costs, .... they say a paedophile on average molests 100 victims at minimum in his or her lifetime, so it may come as no suprise that ........
