MCL's IP hosts various other sites, some 100+,(and thats just one server, there are others) many of which focus on Islam, youth, photography, web-design, ....Now, what could a pair of red-necked bogans ( Mulnut and Roo ) possibly have in common with Muslims? See, MCL is unique in that one can become a member and not have to stray away from the sites private viewing rooms in order to stream movies, images... meaning, if anyone gets caught, it's the sites host, not those using dynamic IP's or VPN's.

All that will show up is that they have visited mycoffeelounge.net, despite ACMA already having blacklisted their PIXUP (image streaming) aspect of their site.

Could MCL be on two different servers?

One server for MCL, another for it's Image hosting?

Because if PIXUP had have been on the same server as it's parent site mycoffeelounge.net, then by all rights, the entire site should have been ACMA blacklisted, not just MCL Pixup!

See, because it's hosted over in America, they aren't subject to ACMA guidelines, (well, in theory)...but theres always the fair policing clause for administrators, ie, if an individual (admin/mod) is not there to see whats put up, then generally, they can be void of responsibility, well to a degree.

If it becomes a frequent occurrence, then yes, suspicion will be raised, (authorities wise) however given they change their servers and domains often enough, more so than their underwear, then these private peep shows will continue undetected in most cases via sites being hosted overseas.

How do these rings get caught?

Well, they have to be pretty shabby/clumsy tech-wise, amateurish, this or get too confident, greedy, ...or make a silly mistake, (Invite the wrong person to their site) but if they have friends in high places, those on the board of members of the ACMA itself,(or some other regulatory body involved in the policing of online content) this and are kept in the loop re- changes to detection rules, strike forces etc well in advance, they in most cases continue slipping through the radar, will pull domains before the sting occurs.
