Make sure you check the comments and the feed back....generally speaking, the more popular, the more positive the feedback, the better.
Also, the larger the file, the better quality, but be wary of 8 gig downloads, unless you have lightening fast broadband.
Some have viruses, so you need to scan the file thoroughly before running them, this and read through the comments properly.
