What Carl did not have for dinner tonight

This is my chilly and three cheese lasagne.

It's started by heating a good splash of first pressed extra virgin olive oil in a pan then adding 5 cloves of finely chopped Spanish garlic, 3 different sorts of finely chopped medium heat chillies, and a *fresh* bay leaf .....it contains 1600g of chopped tomatoes from a tin (they reduce down so don't panic) 2 extra small dried bay leaves, basil, beef mince, eggplant, zucchini finely chopped, 3 different types of cheeses, (one not always easy to find), dried wholemeal lasagne sheets,...etc...

It does not contain bechamel sauce, as it contains three gorgeous cheeses instead, .... and is baked with thinly sliced mild roasted chillies on top, just to let you know what's in there.

Yes, a retarded friend tried to set my cameras date at a recent BBQ, as you can see, they were clearly drunk!

..This or the batteries were left out of my camera for too long, would this cause the date to be wrong?

Ok, I admit i'm not fantastic with electronics, but I'm a bloody good cook.

Look, I haven't even tried to re-set the stupid thing, if I got the manual out and actually tried, I am sure I could work it out.

I leave those sorts of menial mind dulling tasks to people like you Carl.

I served my lasagne with a rocket and radish salad dressed with a refreshing dressing, ....

And of course if some don't like the heat of chilly, they may substitute with capsicum.


My kids have been chomping on medium heat chillies since they were tots, so.....


But being Russian Carl, I'll bet you are like my Croatian friend, a big sook!
